SOMETHING ABOUT ME
Born in 1964 and raised in Zurich, I have always been interested in much of what moves us humans to change and to discover.
During my three-year training as a bank clerk, my life changed due to a twist of fate. At 17, I suffered a serious traffic accident that marked a turning point in my life and led me inward on a different path. After completing my banking apprenticeship at UBS, I worked for another seven years as a customer advisor, and then I was able to take on a new role as a mother.
Through my husband, my three children and our dog, I was able, as if on a 'vast' journey to far-off countries, to get to know myself and more. I was also allowed to experience and learn much through other people who accompanied me a part of my path, and over time I have learned a lot and am still learning…
A few years ago, I became interested in the art of card reading. I understand this 'world' as a companion for us humans to find a way to accept the 'coming'…
In search of more, I devoted myself to meditation and there discovered access to a wonderful world that we all carry within ourselves. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to learn very different meditation techniques in various courses.
Through Eva Maria and Michael Mora, I was able to learn energy therapy and communication with angels in a 4‑day Quantum‑Angel‑Healing training.
With George Paul Huber (Livitra), I completed a spiritual healing training that touched me to my core and strengthened me in all that I do…
Through my work with the world of light, I realized that our past lives can be very present and we sometimes do not understand where fears and blockages come from and restrict us. With Maitra I could newly learn tarot, the wisdom and message of life, as well as regressions into past lives.
With each gate I open, I am ready to experience something new…
MEDITATION
Meditation has been practiced since humans can remember. Our ancient peoples across different cultures discovered it as a 'key' to themselves—into the subconscious, into the higher self, into the light.
Through meditation we learn to let go of our thoughts, thereby finding our inner space of clarity, purity and silence. We remember the origin of our being and it helps us to be in harmony with ourselves and with all that is.
Through various types of meditation I realized for myself that it is not important to meditate according to a 'special' technique. Simply being willing to discover yourself is the first step toward meditation.
From experience I know that much can also be processed through meditation, so it is important to me to offer you individual meditations as well as group sessions.

FOR YOUR BODY
For the well‑being and relaxation of your body I offer various massages for head, body or feet. Whether freeing your head from fatigue with gemstones and oils, relaxing and releasing everyday tensions through your body to unite you with your inner flow, or simply balancing the body via your feet—you’ll find a place of being and peace for your body here.
Gemstones, matured over millennia in the heart of the earth, unfold a special energy. Known in the healing arts of various cultures for their calming, balancing and strengthening effects, this massage has been rediscovered. I would like to share this form of energy with you here.
Experience and enjoy this space in which you can let go of your thoughts and the heaviness that sometimes fills your everyday life, and freely release it.
FOR YOUR SOUL
Through the trainings I completed with Eva Maria Mora, George Paul Huber and Maitra, I learned to work with creation, with its immeasurable variety of the spiritual world and its beings of light.
In the presence of a physical or spiritual blockage or during an energetic cleansing of your energy bodies (chakras), I connect with creation. As a 'channel of light', I let this energy flow through you—through your aura, your body, into the innermost core of your being—so that it can work and transform positively within you.
It may also happen that I receive images or information that can support you in your current situation.
Such a treatment is always an encounter with the love and respect of our existence.

LIFE COUNSELLING
From my extensive life experience, I can offer you in this space a comprehensive form of life counselling in the form of meditation, healing conversations, readings, remote treatments, cards or regressions.
What seems very important to me is that you are aware that no one except you decides about your life.
Through meditation you can gain insight into your innermost self. The conversations and readings offer you the opportunity to create new space to take with you what is good and important for you. The cards provide insight into what you bring with you and what may be crucial for you in this moment.
Through regression, bridges can be built that help us accept our destiny and learn to understand why our lives are marked by persistent, recurring events. In remote treatments, I can perceive blockages as well as situations/themes from your life. Through messages and energy flow, many things can also show themselves and be resolved this way.
For me it is not so important what the future brings, but how you can deal with it. So understand me here too as a companion who opens up another possibility in your world to accept what happens and put it into love.
